Description
This menu item is used to quickly create and update multiple Accounts/Customers/Members.
To Be Considered
- All new Accounts/Members created will by default have a Fees Paid Date of 1/1/1970. To ensure they are available at the POS, ensure the All Customers option is selected.

Create/Update
Select either one of the following :
EPurse Values
- Purse 1 to 5 - If you want to pre-load values onto EPurse accounts than you can set a value here. Example: You might be putting $10 onto every Members EPurse 1 account for a special occasion. If they don't use it that day, you can reset the balances back to zero the next day.
Filters
These are only enabled when the Update Existing Members option is selected.
- From/To Member - Select to open the Search Members screen to select the range of Customer/Members that need to be updated.
- From/To Classification - Select to open the Search Member Classifications screen to select the range of the Customer/Members that need to be updated.
Options
- Start/Finish No's - Displays/Set the range of Customer/Member Numbers to be created.
- Default Name - Displays/Enter the default name of the newly created Customer/Members will be.
- Append member number to name - Select to suffix the Customer/Member number to the name. For example: If the Default Name is "Drinks Card" then the name when committed will appear as "Drinks Card 26".
- Classification - Select to open the Search Membership Classifications screen to select the Classification the new/existing Customer/Members will be assigned to.
- Bonus Points - Displays/Enter the bonus points to be given to new/existing Customer/Members upon creation/update.
- Award points on next purchase - Select to ensure the bonus points are only awarded at the time of the Customer/Member's next purchase.
- Account Active - No longer used. Accounts are active if they have a credit limit or a balance.
- Credit Limit - Displays/Enter the Credit Limit to be applied to new/existing Customer/Members.
- Active From/To - Displays/Set the date range the new/existing Customer/Members will be active for.
Existing Accounts/Members in the selected Range
This section of the screen displays the existing Customer/Members returned by the filters selected. Displays the Customer/Members that will be updated. To display Customer/Members in this section ensure the Update Existing Members option is selected and select the View Members button.
Footer
- Commit - Select to commit and create/update Customer/Members.
- Reset - Select to reset the filters to their default values.
- View Members - Select to display the Customer/Members returned by the filters selected.
- Close - Select to exit.
