Touch > Available Servings (#53), Reset All Available Servings (#69) and Set Default Available Servings (#71) POS Keys
Description
Available Servings or also known as Product countdown is used to notify Clerks/Staff when a certain Product has run out. It can also be used to flag a Product as out of stock.
It is used to display at the SwiftPOS Touch terminal the remaining servings available. For example, when Fish of the Day (main meal) is limited to 25 servings, then the Available Servings for this Product would be set to 25. This would the be decreased every time a main meal of Fish of the Day is sold.
It only adjusts the quantity when you select the POS Key to sell or credit the item. It is NOT a stock control POS Key like the feature in the SwiftPOS Back Office software.
