Description

 

This feature enables the manual export of sales data for host systems like Deputy using the Deputy Rostering Data Portal Interface.

 

Expand the Deputy Rostering menu to access the following:

 

  1. Settings - Select to access the Settings screen below.
  2. Export - Select to access the Export screen below.

 

To Be Considered

 

  • The exporting of Sales data was originally requested to assist in when determining the scheduling of  new rosters. If sales are higher than last month more staff can be rostered. Obviously, the exporting of sales data my not be a requirement of all sites using Deputy Rostering, in which case this feature can be ignored by those sites.

Pre-Requisites

 

  1. This export option is only available to sites that have a current maintenance license.

  • Export File Path - Select/Enter the file path/folder the export file will be created in.

This screen is used to invoke the manual export of sales data for Astute.

 

  • Sales Folder - The Export folder selected on the Settings screen.
  • Export File Path - Displays the file path/folder set above.
  • From/To - Select the Receipt From/To date range of the data to be exported.
  • Mark All as Exported - Select to mark all sales as Exported.
  • Export Deputy Data - Runs the export manually.
  • Reset Deputy Export Data - Select to open the Data Export Reset screen.

This screen is used to mark data as either being Sent/Unsent. Useful when wanting to re-export data.

Data exported will be written to a CSV file named as follows: YYYYMMDD HHMMSS - DeputyRostering.CSV. For example, 20170117 092117 - DeputyRostering.CSV
