Description
This menu item is used to Export/Import Product Images and Member Photos.
Export/Import Database Images
This screen is accessed from here.
Export
- Image Source - Select from the drop down list:
- independent liquor group - To download ILG Product Images. Note : When selected the section heading EXPORT will change to DOWNLOAD.
- BackOffice Database - Select to export SwiftPOS Back Office Images.
- XML File Path - Select to specify the full path of the file into which the ILG Product Images will be downloaded. Note : This will only be enabled when the independent liquor group option is selected above.
- Name Format - Select from the drop down list the Back Office field that will be used to name the Images exported. For example, if Product Code is selected then the Product Code will be used as the file name. Namely, 12003.png. Name Format fields that can be selected are:
- For Member Images - Alternate ID, Employee ID or Member Number.
- For Product Images - Product Code, PLU Number, Host ID, Barcode or Barcode / Product Code.
- File Structure - Select from the drop down list the Folder structure in which the images will be placed.
- Image Size - Select from the drop down list the required size of the images to be downloaded/exported.
- Export Type - Select from the drop down list the File Type the images will be exported as.
- Filters - Select using the filters available to limit the number of images exported.
- Export Images - Select to export the images.
Image Folder
Displays/Select the folder into which the exported Images will be placed.
Import
- Match Image Filename to - Select from the drop down list the Back Office field that will be used to match the Images imported. For example, if Product Code is selected then the Product Code in the file name of Image will be used to ensure the same Image is assigned to the same Product in SwiftPOS with the same Product Code. Fields to match to that can be selected are:
- For Member Images - Alternate ID, Employee ID or Member Number.
- For Product Images - Product Code, PLU Number, Host ID, Barcode or Barcode / Product Code.
- Include Sub Folders - Select to ensure Images in Subfolders are also imported.
- Delete Image File after successful import - Select to ensure Image files are deleted once they have imported successfully.
- Import Image Resize to (Pixels) - Select to resize Images to the size (in pixels) selected.
- Import Images - Select to import the images.
