Setting Up Products for Fuel
- Fuel Products must be setup as QTY Based PLUs.
- Fuel Products must be assigned to a Category that has Fractional checked.
- ALL Fuel Products must be assigned to a Product Group that has the Wet Stock checkbox selected. Note : Only one Product Group can be flagged as Wet Stock at a time.

There are a few Fuel only / Computervision feature dependencies now in the system. To ensure we don't forget them can you request a list be compiled for us to add to our support database.
These are some of them:
- Fuel grades need to be set in the Category called Fuel for the interface to work.
- The Category Fuel must be Fractional.
- Set card prefix in SwiftPOS Back Office Admin functions.
- Set EFT codes in Category.
- Ensure Wet Stock checkbox is selected against the Product Group to which the Fuel Products are assigned.
Viva Transaction Mapping
The mappings configured here are used to support the exporting of transactional data from QuickFuel for uploading into the Viva ERP System. Note : Designed to support integration to the Viva ERP System.

- Location - Select from the drop down list of Locations a Location to map.
- Transaction Type - Select from one of the following Transaction Types:

- ERP Sold To - Displays/Enter the ERP Sold To Code when applicable.
- ERP Ship To - Displays/Enter the ERP Ship To Code when applicable.
- GL Code - Displays/Enter the ERP GL Code when applicable.
- Part Number - Displays/Enter the ERP Part Number when applicable.
