KVS Reports Operation

 

Touch > KVS Reports (#530) POS Key

 

Description

 

Used to generate KVS Reports in Touch. There is currently 2 reports available support KVS operations. They are:

 

  1. Order Time report - Designed specifically for Fast Food outlets. This report provides a useful breakdown by order times.
  2. Print Group Times report - Designed specifically for Restaurants or outlets that have Table service. This report displays average order times for each Print Group.

 

To Be Considered

 

  1. If required, restricting access to this POS Key can be managed by Clerk Security.

 

Pre-Requisites

 

  1. Ensure the Function KVS Reports POS Key is added to the appropriate Layout using the Keyboard Designer.

 

Operation

 

  1. in Touch, select the KVS Reports POS Key.
  2. The following prompt will be displayed:

 

This screen is access from here.


This screen prompt allows the specification of reporting parameters for the generating of KVS Reports.


  • KVS Number - Select from the drop-down list the KVS to be reported on.
  • Date Range - Select from the drop-down list one of the following periods to be reported:

    • Today
    • Yesterday
    • Last 7 Days


  • Order Times (Fast Food) - Select to generate the Order Time report. Specifically designed for Fast Food outlets.
  • Print Group Times - Select to generate the Print Group Times report. Specifically designed for Restaurants.
