Description

 

This menu item provides the ability to import Members as well as update existing Members and assign them to specific LifeStyle Groups (Interest Groups). The data imported can be sourced from 3rd party systems, as long as it in a format that is compatible with the requirements outlined below.

 

 

Import File Format

 

The file must be a TAB separated .TSV file type, and must be in the correct format and the data must be in the order as shown. Note :  Field size limits are strict.  Do not exceed the size or the import will fail.

Filename of the employee photo.  The path is relative to the import file.

Employee photos should be provided in JPEG format (JPG extension) filename is Surname_Firstname.jpg or EmployeeID.jpg no larger than 500 pixels height/width.  We do scale on import the size limit is to help with transporting files between sites.
