Description

 

This menu item is used to compose Marketing communication documents in the form of Letters, Emails, SMSs and/or Push Notifications to be used in Member Marketing.

 


Marketing Documents

 

 

This screen is accessed from here.

 

Header

 

  • Letter Name - Displays/Enter the name of the Marketing Document.
  • Subject - Only enabled if the document type Email is selected. Displays/Enter the subject line of the email.
  • Document Type - Select either Letter, Email, SMS Message or Push Notification to indicate the type of Marketing Document being composed.

 

Body

 

  • Body - Displays/Enter the body/content of the Marketing Document.
  • Database Fields - Select from the drop down list a database fields to be inserted into the body.
  • Insert Field - Select to insert the selected database field into the body at the position where the cursor is currently located.

 

Footer

 

  • New - Select to create a new Marketing Document.
  • Open - Select to open the Search Member Letters screen to select a Marketing Document.
  • Save - Select to save changes.
  • Undo - Select to undo changes made.
  • Delete - Select to delete the currently displayed Marketing Document.
  • Close - Select to exit.
