Members Portal

 

Description

 

The SwiftPOS Members Portal allows Customers/Members to view and update their details. Customer/Members can also change their password, view any valid Vouchers they have and review their transactions. Click here to view the demo Member Web portal. http://webstores.swiftpos.com.au:4000/WebApps/Member

 

To Be Considered

 

  1. Customer/Members will only be able to Top Up their Accounts via the Members Portal, if a Payment Method is selected for the Member Portal Location set in Web Apps.
  2. This portal is for sites that require Customer/Members functionality online without having to install SwiftPOS Web Store.
  3. Note : This functionality is included in the SwiftPOS Web Store.

 


Operation

 

  1. To view Member Details.

 

  1. Login - Customer/Members can log in with their Customer/Member number and password. If no password is set, the default password is their birthday in the format ddMM.
     


  1. Once logged in, the Customer/Member's details will be displayed in the My Details screen.
     


  1. To Update Details

 

  1. Select the Change Details button in the My Details screen above. The Member Details screen will be displayed, via which Customer/Members can update their address, contact details, etc.
     


  1. To Change a Password

 

  1. Select the Change Password button in the My Details screen above. The Change Password screen will be displayed, via which Customer/Members can change their password for SwiftPOS Web Applications.
     


  1. To Change a Photo

 

  1. Select the Change Photo button in the My Details screen above. The My Photo screen will be displayed, via which Customer/Members can change their photo.
     


  1. To Review Transactions

 

  1. Select the Show Transactions button in the My Details screen above. The My Transactions screen will be displayed, via which Customer/Members can review their transactions.
     

 

Note : Transactions will only be visible if the Transaction History Enabled setting is selected in SwiftPOS Back Office.


  1. To Download the QR Code

 

Select the Download QR Code button in the My Details screen above. This will display the QR Code in a new tab, from which it can be saved.
 


  1. To Sign Up as a New Customer/Member

 

  1. Select the Sign Up button in the Login screen above. This will display the Member Sign Up screen, via which new Customer/Members can enter their details and sign up by selecting the Signup Now button.
     


  1. Once signed up the Customer/Member will receive an email confirming their registration and a link to complete the sign up process.
     

 

  1. Click on the link in the email. The My Details screen above will be displayed, providing the new Customer/Member with the opportunity to complete.


  1. To Top Up an Account

 

  1. Note : This will only be possible if a Payment Method is selected for the Member Portal Location set in Web Apps.
  2. Select the Top-Up Account button in the My Details screen above. The Top-Up Account screen will be displayed, via which Members can top up their account.
