  • New Registration option for Web Store. Previously, this was included in the API registration but now has a separate registration option.   • 23290 - SoftwareUpdaterv4.exe to not use TEMP folder. This was causing issues with Windows virus scanners blocking NetPOS.EXE  The web download folder is now in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Samford Software\Updates" folder.
  • 23289 - Send to KVS only when Required operation.
  • 23153 - Ability to adjust the Reception Terminal screen size to Full Screen.
  • 22948 - Enhanced the Email/SMS notifications to Customers when taking Phone/Web Orders.
  • 22553 - Registration change to separate Web API and Web Stores.
  • 22290 - Movement Audit (INV002) now includes New SOH value when Exclude Sales Movement Type option selected.
  • 21424 - SQL Server 2019 is now supported in SwiftPOS V9.18 (or higher)
  • 11304 - Touch KVS Reports now include the KVS name.

  • 23065 - Pending software updates now apply on automatic terminal restart.
  • 22988 - Added Voucher Mapping cleanup for expired vouchers to the General Check.
  • 22964 - All Order Types have been added to the Web Location settings.
  • 22960 - Prompt for table only displayed when choosing 'eat in'. Only Member Last Name required for 'eat in' Orders.
  • 22843 - Added a setting to Micros XML-POS to post subtotals inclusive of discounts.
  • 22782 - Variables can now be used when configuring Email and SMS Customer Alert messages sent from KVS or Touch.
  • 22764 - Removed the 10 location limit from the Calculated SOH By Location (INV038) report.
  • 22042 - Enhancement in reporting individual ticket admissions and sales against a postcode in the Region Sales Detail (CTM015) Report.

  • 13985 - Adding an option in Global Preferences to Disable Category Web linking for the POS terminal and only enabling it for the Web Store.

  • 18852 - Added the ability to specify a delivery address and mobile number when placing an order through the API.
  • 16517 - Deleted Purchase Orders are now flagged as Deleted and can be retrieved at a later date.

  • 22170 - Hide Non Stocktake Locations from certain movement types PDT.
  • 21905 - Option added to Location Record to make a Location a Non-Stocktake Location.
  • 21795 - Recount Sheets by Location added to the Reports tab in Stocktake & Period End screen.
  • 19843 - Added a Clerk Security Group option to allow Clerks to view the Voucher Ledger and not edit them.
  • 19076 - Automatic Invoice Import now matched on Product Code when Supplier Code not matched.
  • 19075 - Automate Deputy Export through End of Day, per Venue.

  • 22025 - Added settings to Touch, Reception, KVS & Menu Boards to block the Windows Slide Gesture on Touch devices.
  • 21882 - A Clerk cannot assign themselves a higher Clerk Security Group level/Clerk Group than the one assigned to them.
  • 20747 - Added additional Fuel settings to the POS Reporting.
  • 19562 - Discount Detail (SAL065) for Discounts/Promotions.
  • 19088 - Location Stock Search POS Key (#103) now shows SOH for Reciped Items as an Estimated SOH.

  • 21788 - Include Products with Nil SOH option has been enabled for Calculated SOH By Location (INV038) Report.
  • 21681 - OAuth 2 for Xero now working.
  • 21563 - Product Cost Variation (SUP003) report now added to batch reports.
  • 21334 - Fixed long descriptions being cut off on requisition reports.
  • 20816 - Fuel product linking at the POS is now only displaying Wet Stock items.
  • 20126 - Raised the Touch Web logout button slightly so it is not partially off the screen on mobile devices.
  • 19396 - Added support for Zen Global to use Product Code instead of PLU in the Sales data.
  • 16578 - Added the ability to return a members campaign count to the WebAPI.

  • 21144 - Added support for Opticon H-29 Barcode scanner into PDT app.
  • 19573 - PDT can now do a recount for a Stocktake.
  • 14662 - Booking Name, Order ID and Order type now display on the KVS for remote/web orders.
  • 21731 - The Remove value from Redemption sales (Quest only) option has been removed from the Global Preferences > Members tab.

 

9.6 Release Candidate - [93] - (30th January 2020)

 

  • 21106 - Added a Home Club Classification field to the IGT Import.
  • 16101 - Added Front Office (Infor) HMS integration.
  • 15843 - Backup option added to ensure Raffle settings (XML file) are included as part of the Terminal setting backup.
  • 5558 - Media Audit by Location (SLA033) Report now includes Classification filter.

  • 21442 - A Terminal Reset filter has been added to the Z Report Summary (SLM026) in Back Office Reports > Sales Media.
  • 21329 - Support for new the BurstSMS API.
  • 21299 - Added indicators and filtering for manual fuel sales to Fuel Pump Sales (FUL008) report
  • 21169 - Add a 3rd option to the Recount Stock Sheet filters to set Variance % and/or Qty.
  • 21153 - Media 524 Draw From missing from Movement Type combo for Movements Audit (INV002) and Movements Summary (INV036).
  • 21152 - Update GL Exports to support 524 Draw From media.
