Description

This menu item is used to change the prices of multiple items in the Back Office from Touch.

Price Levels

The options available are:

• Maintain Last Price Level until changed, Full Update or Software Restart OR
   
• Revert to Default Price Level when sale finalises OR
   
• Revert to Default Price Level after every item sold.

When you select the Price Change POS Key during a sale it will determine the price level that is used.

• Change Database - Select to setup/change a database connection to the Back Office database. This connection will need to be configured for the Price Change POS Key to function correctly in Touch.
  
  

• Email Price Changes Enabled - Select to ensure a notification email is sent to the email Address List entered whenever a Price Change occurs. Note : Email settings are configured here and will need to be set for emails to be sent.
