Description
This menu item is used to change the Draw From Location for a range of Products.
Note : The Draw From Location can also be change for Individual Products here.

Search Filters
- The filters at the top of the screen can be used to limit the number of rows displayed in the grid. The filters include the following types:
- Search Screens - The filter fields of this type are: Location, Product Range, Groups From/To, Family, Drawing From and New Draw From.
- Reset Filters
- Add Products - Select to apply the filters and add the Products, applicable to the filters specified, to the grid.
- Draw From - Select the current Draw From Location.
- New Draw From - Select the New Draw From Location.
Grid
The grid displays the: Location, Product Code, Description, Current Draw From and New Draw From. Note : To edit an entry in the grid, double click a row. Rows displayed in the grid can be sorted by toggle selecting the column headings.
Grid Footer
- Delete Row - Select to delete the selected row from the grid
Footer
- Clear Grid - Select to clear the grid of all rows. Note : This option does not reset the filters.
- Commit - Select to save changes to the Products in the grid.
- Close - Select to exit.
Operation
The following steps can be used to get an idea of how to use this screen and modify the Active flags for selected Products:
- Select a Location from the filters at the top of the screen.
- Select a range of Product Groups to add Products from, where applicable.
- Select a Family of Products to add if you do not wish to filter by groups or you wish to filter in addition to groups.
- If none of the filters above are useable then use the Product Range filter to add Products belonging to a certain range.
- Select the current Draw From Location that needs to be changed.
- Select the new Draw From Location.
- Once all of the appropriate filters have been set, select the Add Products button.
- The grid should now be populated with only those Products limited to the filters selected above.
- Select the Commit button to change the Draw From Location for the Products in the grid.
