Description

This menu item is used to quickly and easily assign preset Reasons to POS Keys at SwiftPOS Touch terminals.

Search Filters

• The filters at the top of the screen can be used to limit the number of rows displayed in the grid. The filters include the following types:
   
• Full/Partial Texts - The filter fields of this type are: Group Name.
• Search Screen filters - The filter fields of this type are: Locations.
   
• Apply
• Reset

Grid

The grid displays the:

• Group Name - Select from the drop down list one of the following :

• Description - Displays/Enter the description of the Reason.
• Locations - Select to open the Locations screen to select the Locations in which the Reason Code will be available.

Footer

• New - Select to add a row to the grid with the default Reason Code of <<Other>.

• Save - Select to save changes.

• Undo - Select to undo changes made.
• Delete - Select to delete the selected Reason Code.
• Close - Select to exit.
