Touch > Reverse Transaction (#516) POS Key

Description

This feature is used to reverse a transaction that has been done at the POS.

To Be Considered

1. If required, restricting access to this POS Key can be managed by Clerk Security.

Pre-Requisites

1. Ensure the Function Reverse Transaction POS Key is added to the appropriate Layout using the Keyboard Designer.

Operation

1. At the SwiftPOS Touch terminal select the Reverse Transaction POS Key.
2. This will open the Transactions screen with the Reverse Trans button displayed.
    

3. Select a Transaction listed in the grid and select the Reverse Trans button.
