Sept 2013. This project is currently on hold because the specifications from SUMMA have changed. SUMMA are able to retrieve the data directly from the database.
Updated 30th May 2012 to the specification Summa FTP Interface Specs v3.2
- Note : The StoreID issued by Summa specified in the spec is stored against each Location Group (Venue) in the Group Prefix Field.
- If the field is no set then the data will not export for that Location Group (Venue). This will be written to the log. The export is also configurable to run during End of Day.
- Summa export like many other interfaces requires Software Registration.
- Please ensure when testing that the file specification is checked thoroughly as the spec has change the file naming and structure from the original spec.
- Staff Rosters and Customer Interface data exports are not supported at this stage.
- The spec has a proposed Testing and certification found in Appendix 3 .
