VIVA Export

Description

 

This feature enables the configuration of the settings required to facilitate the exporting of sales data for importing to the Viva ERP System.

 

Expand the Viva menu to access the following:

 

  1. Settings - Select to access the Settings screen (see below).

 

To Be Considered

 

  1. Sales data will only be exported if the Viva Export option is selected as part of the End of Day process.

 


Pre-Requisites

 

  1. Configure the Viva Transaction Mappings.
  2. Ensure, where appropriate, Commissions have been configured.
  3. Ensure, where appropriate, Royalties have been configured.
  4. Ensure the Viva Settings have been configured using the screen below.

 


Settings

 

 


End of Day

 

To ensure Sales Transactions are exported daily, ensure the following has been done:

 

  1. Complete the steps outlined in the Pre-Requisites above.
  2. Ensure the Viva Export option is selected in the End of Day screen for the Location Groups (Venues) from which transactions will be exported.
  3. Confirm the End of Day Run Time is correctly configured.
  4. The first time the End of Day runs, check the Event Logs > SwiftPOS Services > End of Day Services.
