Description

 

The Member Groups tab can be used as another means to classify/group Customer/Members.

 


Member Groups

 

 

This screen is accessed from here.

 

Grid

 

  • Group ID - 1 to 999 Groups can be defined.
  • Group Name - Displays/Enter the Group Description. A blank Description indicates an undefined Group.
  • Minimum Spend - Displays/Enter the Minimum Spend a Customer/Member will need to spend at a Business/Venue within in a selected Time Period. The value displayed/entered here only applies to when then Wizard is run.
  • # Members - Shows the number of members currently in each group.

 

Footer

 

  • Save - Select to save changes.
  • Undo - Select to undo changes made.
  • Wizard - Select to invoke the Member Group Wizard.
  • Close - Select to exit.

 


Member Group Wizard

 

 

The Member Group Wizard is used to re-Group Customer/Members based on their spending over a selected Time Period.

 

  • From/To Product - Select to open the Search Products screen to select the Products in the From/To Product range.
  • From/To Classification - Select to open the Search Membership Classifications screen to select the Classifications in the From/To Classification range.
  • Time Period - Select from the drop down list one of the following:

 

The Time Period selected will determine based on the total sales by a Customer/Member within that period, which Group they will be assigned to given the Group's minimum spend setting.


  • Member Marketing - Select from the drop down list one of the following:

 

  • Add to list - Select to add Customer/Members that will be re-grouped when the Wizard is run to the existing Member Marketing list.
  • Replace List - Select to replace the existing Member Marketing list with Customer/Members that will be re-grouped when the Wizard is run.

 

Footer

 

  • Finish - Select to run the Wizard.
  • Cancel - Select to exit without running the Wizard.
