Description

 

This menu item is used to configure the printer settings for the Member Card Printer. The Member Card Printer is used to print Member Cards from a SwiftPOS Touch terminal.

 

To Be Considered

 

  1. If required, restricting access to these POS Keys can be managed by Clerk Security.

 

Pre-Requisites

 

  1. Ensure a Member Card Printer has been configured as a Peripheral at the SwiftPOS Touch terminal.
  2. Ensure the Function Print Member Card POS Key is added to the appropriate Layout using the Keyboard Designer.

 

Member Card Printer Settings

 

 

This screen is accessed from here.

 

  • Print Device - Select the appropriate printer at which Floor Dockets will be printed.
  • Disable - Toggle select to disable/enable the Printer.
  • Number - Enter/Set the number to be associated with the Printer being configured. This will be used in conjunction with the Print Member Card POS Key > Printer Number setting.
  • Printers - Select to open the Printer Devices screen to configure Printer Device Settings for the selected Printer.
  • Save - Select to save any changes and exit.
  • Cancel - Select to exit without saving.
