Print Member Card Operation

 

Touch > Print Member Card (#810) POS Key

 

Description

 

This feature is used to print a Customer/Member's card.

 

To Be Considered

 

  1. If required, restricting access to this POS Key can be managed by Clerk Security.

 

Pre-Requisites

 

  1. Ensure a Member Card Printer has been configured as a Peripheral at the SwiftPOS Touch terminal.
  2. Ensure the Function Print Member Card POS Key is added to the appropriate Layout using the Keyboard Designer.

 

Operation

 

  1. Print Member Card

 

  1. At the SwiftPOS Touch terminal select the Print Member Card POS Key.
  2. In the Customer Search screen select a Customer/Member.
  3. The Customer/Member's Card will be printed.


Print Member Card Settings

 

 

This screen is accessed from here.

 

  • Design - Select from the drop down list the appropriate Card Design.
  • Name Format - Select from the drop down list.
  • Printer Number - Enter/Set the appropriate Member Card Printer number.
  • OK - Select to save any changes and exit.
  • Cancel - Select to exit without saving.
