Product Quick Reports

Select from the Reports available and then configure the filters/options specific to the selected report.

Date Selection

Nearly all of the reports in SwiftPOS can be filtered by a date range. The date range can either be selected from the drop down list of Periods or entered manually.

Product Ranges

Select from the Product Ranges available. The Product Ranges available will depend on the Report selected.

Options

Select from the options available. Options available will depend on the Report selected.

Location Group and Location Selection

Select from the Location related filters.

Sorting

Select from the sort options available.

Footer

• Reset - Select to reset all settings to default values.
• Export - Select from the drop down list one of the following :
  
  

• Print - Select to print the report.
• Preview - Select to preview the selected report.
• Save As Favourite - Select to save the selected Report and it's current filter/settings and add it to the list of Favourite Reports. Favourite Reports can be given customised names. Once saved these reports will appear in either the Private Favourites or Public Favourites menu items.
• Edit Favourites - Select to open the Edit Favourite Reports screen to manage saved Reports.
• Close - Select to exit.

Barcode Scan Book

Reports on Product Barcodes for a selected Location grouped by Product Group. Lists the Location #, Product Group # and Description, PLU # and Description, Size, Price and Barcode. This report can be sorted by PLU #, PLU Description or Product Group. Note : Any non manufacturer Barcodes will revert to using the code 128 Barcode font to ensure that all Products listed in the Barcode scan book can be successfully scanned.

Reports on the 10 Price Levels per Product for a selected Location grouped by Product Group. Lists the Location #, Product Group # and Description, PLU # and Description, Size and the 10 Price Levels. This report can be sorted by PLU #, PLU Description or Product Group.
