Sales Quick Reports

Select from the Reports available and then configure the filters/options specific to the selected report.

Date Selection

Nearly all of the reports in SwiftPOS can be filtered by a date range. The date range can either be selected from the drop down list of Periods or entered manually.

Product Ranges

Select from the Product Ranges available. The Product Ranges available will depend on the Report selected.

Options

Select from the options available. Options available will depend on the Report selected.

Location Group and Location Selection

Select from the Location related filters.

Sorting

Select from the drop down list the Sort Options available.

Footer

• Reset - Select to reset all settings to default values.
• Export - Select from the drop down list one of the following :
  
  

• Print - Select to print the report.
• Preview - Select to preview the selected report.
• Save As Favourite - Select to save the selected Report and it's current filter/settings and add it to the list of Favourite Reports. Favourite Reports can be given customised names. Once saved these reports will appear in either the Private Favourites or Public Favourites menu items.
• Edit Favourites - Select to open the Edit Favourite Reports screen to manage saved Reports.
• Close - Select to exit.

Day of Week Summary

Reports on the total Sales summarised by weekday grouped by Location. Lists Location # and Description, Sales value (Incl./Excl. Tax) and Gross Profit % for each day of the week as well as a total for ALL days. This report can be sorted by Location or Gross Profit %.

Sales by PLU

Reports on PLU Sales grouped by Product Group. Lists the PLU # and Description, Qty, Sales (Excl/Incl Tax), Case Qty, Stock on Hand and Gross Profit %. This report can be sorted by PLU # or Description. The report can also be grouped by Master Group.

Yearly PLU Group Sales Comparison

Reports on PLU Sales grouped by Product Group for the selected period and compares to the same period in the previous year. Lists Product Group # and Description, PLU# and Description. Cost, Sales (Excl/Incl Tax) and Gross Profit % for the selected period and the same period last year. Also lists the Difference in $s and as a %. This report can be sorted by PLU # or Description. The report can also be grouped by Master Group.

Weekly Monthly Summary

Reports on PLU Sales grouped by Product Group for the last 7 and 28 days. Lists Product Group # and Description, PLU# and Description, Supplier's Product Code, Case Qty. Qty, Sales (Excl/Incl Tax) and Gross Profit % for the Last 7 and 28 days. Also lists Stock on Hand, forecast in Days of Stock on Hand and Reorder Qty. This report can be sorted by PLU # or Description.

Group Summary

Reports on PLU Sales grouped by Product Group. Lists Product Group # and Description, Qty, Cost, Sales Incl and Excl Tax, Gross Profit % Sales as a % of the Total sales. This report can be sorted by Product Group #, Product Group Description or Gross Profit %.

Yearly Group Sales Comparison

Similar to the Yearly PLU Sales Comparison report, except it is summarised by Product Group. This report can be sorted by Product Group # or Product Group Description.

Location Summary

Yearly Monthly Sales

Reports on PLU Monthly Sales totals grouped by Product Group for the year to the selected From date. Lists Product Group # and Description, total Sales (Excl/Incl Tax) for each Month and the Total Sales for the reported year. This report can be sorted by PLU# or Description.

Weekly Usage Summary

Reports on the Product Usage summarised by weekday and grouped by Product Group. Lists Product Group # and Description, PLU # and Description, Usage Qty for each day of the week. This report can be sorted by PLU # or Description. The report can also be grouped by Master Group.

It converts all the Products into the ingredients and displays the usage of those Products.
