Description
This menu option is used to upload files “ZIP” files via a secure protocol to a Google Cloud Server when requested by Support.
This feature can also be accessed by running the SwiftPOS.Secure.File.Uploader.exe in C:\Program Files (x86)\Samford Software\BackOffice.
Note : The ZIP file name MUST include the Ticket # and/or Site name, so that it is easily identifiable by support staff.
