Description
This menu item is used to reset the Swiftpos Table Tracking database and upgrade it to the latest version.
To Be Considered
- Note : If Back Office was NOT opened with Administrator rights, then the following prompt will be displayed:

To avoid this, a Back Office application/shortcut can be set to always Run as Administrator. Refer HERE for more information. |
- Effectively, the reset and upgrade reapplies any database changes since that last major version. This will mean that any database scripts (.SSS files) executed since the last major version will be overwritten.
- A reset and upgrade should only be done when instructed to do so by your reseller or Swiftpos support staff.
Operation
- When run the following prompt will be displayed:

- Select Yes to commence the upgrade.
