Touch > Customer Sales by Location (#105) POS Keys.
Description
Used to display the current Customer/Member's previous sales at the SwiftPOS Touch terminal.
Pre-Requisites
To Be Considered
- Ensure the Function Customer Sales by Location POS Key is added to the appropriate Layout using the Keyboard Designer.
- Prior to using this feature, the Number of Member Sales to Track setting will need to be set at each Location.
Operation
- At the SwiftPOS Touch terminal, add a Customer/Member to a sale.
- Select the Customer Sales by Location POS Key. The Last Member Sales in Location screen will be displayed.

Click on one of the transactions displayed in the Transactions grid. The items associated with the selected transaction will be displayed in the items grid on the right hand side. Note : It is possible to limit the items displayed in the Items grid to specific Product Categories.
Add Selected To Sale - Select to add the items displayed in the Items grid to the current sale. Close - Select to exit. |

This screen is used to select Categories to ensure Products assigned to the them are displayed in the Items grid when using the Customer Sales by Location POS Key. Note : If no Categories are selected (that is, no Categories are displayed in the Selected Categories list, then by default all Products will be displayed in the grid.
