Description

 

This feature is used to configure Settings and manually Export Sales data, Tank Dip and Pump/Hose Readings for uploading to SAP/SIRA (for Government reporting) used by BP Agency sites. BP Agency sites send their wet stock sales to the BP Head Office on a daily basis. The Export files can also be included as part of the End of Day process and either stored on the local PC if the BP corporate network is not available.

 

To Be Considered

 

  1. The export of Sales data can be included as part of the End of Day process.
  2. The export of Tank Dip and Pump/Hose Readings can be included as part of the End of Day process.

 

Pre-Requisites

 

  1. Note : The Fuel Module must be selected as part of the SwiftPOS Registration.
  2. Ensure the Host Store ID provided by BP is entered into the Host Store ID field for each Location.

 

Fuel SAP/SIRA Export Settings

 

 

This screen is accessed from here and is used to configure the Export file path and email settings.

 

  • Send Committed Lines Only - Select to ensure that only those Tank Dip and Pump/Hose Readings that have been committed are exported.

 

Export

 

 

This screen is accessed from here and is used to invoke the manual export of sales data.

 

Export SAP File

 

  • Export File Path - Displays the Folder to which files generated by the Export will be written.
  • Start from Day - Select from the drop down calendar a date from which the export of data will commence.
  • Process End Time - Set the time to which transactions will be exported.
  • Location Group - Select from the drop down list a Location Group (Venue) for which data will be exported.
  • Export SAP Data - Select to export.
  • Reset SAP Export Status - Select to open the Sales Export Reset screen to mark/unmark sales data as exported.


Export SIRA Files

 

This option is used to export Tank Dip and Pump/Hose Readings.

 

  • Export File Path - Displays the Folder to which files generated by the Export will be written.
  • From/To Date/Time - Select from the drop down calendars a from/to date range to export Readings.
  • Location Group - Select from the drop down list a Location Group (Venue) for which data will be exported.
  • Export SIRA Data - Select to export.
  • Reset SIRA Export Status - Select to open the Sales Export Reset screen to mark/unmark Readings as exported.
