Fuel Setup for Products

 


Products

 

Fuel Products must be setup as QTY Based PLUs.

Fuel Products must be in a Fractional Category.

ALL Fuel Products must be in a Fuel specific Product Group.

This fuel specific Product Group must be set as Wet Stock.

Note : only 1 Group can be configured as Wet Stock. 

 

POS 1

 

  • Cashier 1 logs onto POS 1
  • Performs sales, Cash Drops, Payouts, etc.
  • Cashier 1 performs End of Shift
  • Cashier 1 enters Cash Declaration
  • Cashier 4 log in and continue trading
  • Cashier performs End of Shift
  • Cashier 4 enters Cash Declaration

 

POS 2

 

  • Cashier 2 logs onto POS 2
  • Performs sales, Cash Drops, Payouts, etc.
  • Cashier 2 performs End of Shift
  • Cashier 2 enters Cash Declaration
  • Cashier 5 log in and continue trading
  • Cashier performs End of Shift
  • Cashier 5 enters Cash Declaration

 

POS 3

 

  • Cashier 3 logs onto POS 2
  • Performs sales, Cash Drops, Payouts, etc.
  • Cashier 3 performs End of Shift
  • Cashier 3 enters Cash Declaration
  • Cashier 6 log in and continue trading
  • Cashier performs End of Shift
  • Cashier 6 enters Cash Declaration

 

The Cashier on POS 1 Performs End of Day (this batches all the day's activities for the Location into the Day Sheet Report).

 


SwiftPOS Back Office Process

 

This is the process after the End of Day process is completed at the terminals.

 

  • Manager performs Terminal Cash Off for all Shifts and End of Day.
  • Once all Shifts and End of Day are balanced for the day, the Manager then performs the Banking on the bankable media.
