Buy a carton of Premix drinks and get a $15 Gift Card

 

The following is a setup example of a Voucher for an 1 month promotional offer to customers.

 

The Scenario

 

When a customer buys a carton of selected Premix drinks they receive a $15 Gift Card.

 

The Setup Required

 

  1. Create a Voucher Layout for the Voucher that the customer is required to present at the checkout.
     

 

Note : If a the Voucher has a Barcode, make sure a Barcode scanner has been setup at the SwiftPOS Touch terminal to enable the scanning of the Voucher on redemption.

 

  1. Create a Voucher Action to be taken at the time the Voucher is redeemed.
     

 

  1. Create Voucher Parameters to control the issuing and redemption of the above Voucher.
     

 

  1. Assign the action to the Voucher.
     

 

Notes

 

  1. The gift card can be used multiple times and can be redeemed by anyone who presents it at the checkout.
  2. In this example the POS Clerk/Staff Member will get prompted with a notification that a gift card has been issued with this sale.
