Clerks

 

Description

 

The Web Clerks tab provides the ability to create/edit Clerk/Staff Members via the Web. SwiftPOS Clerks is available as part of the SwiftPOS Web Reports module. SwiftPOS Web Clerks requires the licenced SwiftPOS Web Reports module to operate.

 


Clerks

 

 

Header

 

  • Add Clerk - Select to open the Edit Clerk screen and add a new Clerk/Staff Member.

 

Grid

 

  • Columns Clerk ID/Name/Clerk Group - Select the column heading to sort the column content by toggling between ascending/descending.

 

  • Select the drop down arrow to the right of the column heading to select from one of the following:
     
  • Sort Ascending
  • Sort Descending
  • Filter - Select to display the following filter screen:
     


  • Edit - Select to edit to open the Edit Clerk screen and edit the selected Clerk/Staff Member.

 


Edit Clerk

 

 

Use this screen to enter/change the details for new and existing Clerk/Staff Members.

 

Footer

 

  • Update - Select to save the changes and exit.
  • Cancel - Select to exit without saving.
