There is no specific delivery feature available in SwiftPOS. However, here are some suggestions on how it can be done :

Suggestion 1

• For sites with multiple delivery drivers or a busy Delivery operation, the system would be setup that all staff are Clerks/Staff.
• The Clerk/Staff Member (driver) would log onto the SwiftPOS Touch terminal, when the meals are ready.
• Select the orders he/she is going to deliver and hold each order using the Hold / Recall Sale POS Key.
• This will then assign those order to the Clerk/Staff Member (driver) logged on, making him/her responsible for the orders.
• Also, the sale is removed from Pending Orders to minimise the number of orders that need to be searched if a Customer/Member walks in for a Pick-Up.
• When the Clerk/Staff Member (driver) returns or at the end of their service period, he/she would log onto the SwiftPOS Touch terminal and finalise their orders.

Suggestion 2

• If the site has the Accounts module the orders could be charged off to an Account in the Clerk/Staff Member's (driver) name then at the end of the shift an Account Status could be done and an Account Payment made.
