The following is a setup example of a Discount Voucher for Members.

The Scenario

When Members spend at a Venue and redeem the Discount Voucher, they receive a 40% discount on the value of their spend up to a maximum Discount of $25. The redemption of the Voucher can happen over multiple sales, given that the remaining redeemable value of the Discount still outstanding is being recorded.

The Setup Required

1. Create the Discount to enable the discount of 40% to a maximum value allowed of $25.00.
    

2. Create the Voucher.
    

3. Assign the discount created above as an action to the Voucher.
    

Operation

1. The Voucher will need to be issued. This can be done as follows:
   
   

2. The issued Voucher can be used multiple times until such time as the maximum value allowed of the Discount has been reached, or the Min Discount Remaining has been surpassed.
3. To redeem the Voucher - When the customer purchases a 24 pk of Crown Lager and presents the Voucher, at the SwiftPOS Touch terminal make the sale and scan the Voucher. The $4 discount will be applied bringing the sale price to $35.
