Make 10 Purchases and receive a 20% OFF any bottle of wine

 

The following is a setup example of a Discount, Member Campaign and a Voucher for an ongoing loyalty rewards program to members only.

 

The Scenario

 

When members make 10 purchases they will receive a Rewards Voucher that entitles them to 20% OFF any bottle of wine.

 

The Setup Required

 

  1. Create a Family to include all Products to which the promotion applies.
  2. Create a Family to include the bottles of wine that can be discounted.
  3. Create a Voucher Layout for the Voucher that the member will receive on the 10th purchase.
     

 

Note : If a the Voucher has a Barcode, make sure a Barcode scanner has been setup in Touch to enable the scanning of the Voucher on redemption.

 

  1. Create the Discount.
     

 

  1. Create Voucher Parameters to control the redemption of the above Voucher.
     

 

Note : The Issue Type above is set to disabled, as the printing of the Voucher will be triggered by the Member Campaign below.

 

  1. Assign the discount to the Voucher.
     

 

  1. Create a Member Campaign to control the issuing of the Voucher.
     

 

  1. Send a full update to Touch.

 

Operation

 

  1. To issue the Voucher - In Touch make 10 purchases of items in the Family selected in the Member Campaign to a member. A 20% OFF Voucher should be issued. See sample below.
  2. To redeem the Voucher - In Touch enter the member and scan the Voucher.

 

Notes

 

  1. The Voucher Issue Parameters must be disabled, as these will be overridden by the Member Campaign Settings.
