The following is a setup example of a Voucher triggered at Reception for an ongoing promotional offer to members only.
The Scenario
When Customer/Members visit the Venue, and they swipe at the Reception device, they will have a 1 in 10 chance of receiving a Free Coffee Voucher.
The Setup Required
- Create a new Voucher and Voucher Action with the following settings. Use the System PLU 19992 @ORDER to record Member Entry.

- At the Reception, via Options ensure that the settings below are configured.

Ensure that the appropriate Classifications have been selected by clicking the Classifications button in the Validation settings screen.
Ensure the Activate option is selected. |
- When a financial Customer/Member swipes, the settings below will send back the Member Entry PLU 39 that will trigger a random draw of the Voucher. The screenshot below is an example of a random draw Voucher issued to a Customer/Member at Reception.

Notes
- The Voucher can be used only once and only be redeemed by the Customer/Member it was issued to.
