The following is a setup example of a multi use Voucher that can be redeemed multiple times in one sale.
The Scenario
When a Customer/Member buys a bucket of Practice Balls they are issued with a Voucher that entitles them to 50 buckets of Practice Balls free. The Voucher can be redeemed multiple times in the one sale.
The Setup Required
- If required create a Product for the Bucket of Practice Balls.

- Create a Voucher Layout for the Voucher that is to be issued to the Customer/Member.

Note : If the Voucher has a Barcode, make sure a Barcode scanner has been setup in Touch to enable the scanning of the Voucher on redemption. |
- Create a Voucher Action.

- Create Voucher Parameters to control the issuing and redemption of the above Voucher.
|
Note : The Issue parameters are disabled, as the Voucher will be issued manually (see Operation below) and then printed in local newspapers. |
- Assign the Voucher Action created above as an action to the Voucher.

Operation
- To issue the Voucher, do as follows:
- Sell a Bucket of Practice Balls in Touch, the above Voucher should be issued.
- To Redeem the Voucher, do as follows:
