The following is a setup example of a Discount, Member Campaign and a Voucher for a once off reward to Members for visiting the Venue.

The Scenario

Whenever Members make a purchase at the Venue, they are rewarded with a Voucher that entitles them to 50% OFF their next purchase of any Beer or Wine from the bar.

The Setup Required

1. Create a Family and assign the beer and wine Products (served from the bar) to it.
2. If the Voucher requires a Barcode, make sure a Barcode scanner has been setup in Touch to enable the scanning of the Voucher on redemption.
3. Create the Discount.
    

4. Create a Voucher Layout for the Voucher that the member will receive on the 10th purchase.
    

5. Create Voucher Parameters to control the redemption of the above Voucher.
    

6. Assign the Discount to the Voucher.
    

7. Create a Member Campaign to control the issuing of the Voucher.
    

8. Send a full update to Touch.

Operation

1. To issue the Voucher

1. in Touch, when the Member makes their first Purchase, the Voucher should be issued.

2. To redeem the Voucher

1. in Touch enter the Member and scan the Voucher.
2. Sell a beer or wine Product from the Family created above.
3. The item will be discounted.
4. Any further beers or wine sold in the same sale will not be discounted.
5. The Voucher will also not be able to be redeemed again.
