  • Mapping String - Displays/Enter a code/text to map to the selected Voucher.
  • Mapping Type - Select either Multi Use or Single Use. Note : This applies to the Mapping and not the Voucher. Multiple Single Use Mappings can be created for the same Multi Use Voucher. Thus when the Mapping is used, it cannot be re-used.

Example

This allows you add a "User Friendly" code to an existing Voucher in the system. Voucher numbers are determined by the SwiftPOS Software and are made up of a 13 digit number with a prefix of 44. You cannot change this number once it has been created and there are situations where you may want to produce monthly Vouchers for an upcoming calendar to be printed for the following year.

A user friendly code could be a web link that is represented as a 2D Barcode that gives a customer a special offer.

Select from the list of Vouchers that have already been created.

When the http://www.swiftpos.com.au/ data is scanned then it will look up the Voucher and treat is as if you scanned the Voucher Barcode directly.
