Bistro Service Features

 

 

  • Bistro service where multiple orders are paid individually on a table and only sent to the kitchen as a single order. Also known as "Pay as you go table service".
  • Names can be stored against each order when seat numbers are not used. This helps with meal delivery on large tables where guests have moved seats.

  • Links with multiple SwiftPOS Kitchen Video Monitors and/or Kitchen Printers.
  • View and Print Blackboard Specials with full Menu details.
  • Sold out alerts with stock on hand displayed on the POS Key. Mark Products as “unavailable” from the SwiftPOS Touch terminal.
  • Table transactions recorded in the SwiftPOS Back Office for real time labour costs/sales turnover ratios.
  • Option to replace existing instruction for previous items rung up. E.g. Change Well Done to Med Rare without having to re-key the complete sale
  • Links to SwiftPOS Menu Boards with warnings on sold out items.
  • SwiftPOS Reservations is fully integrated with table layouts and for booking specific tables.
  • Bistro Tables can be charged off to new TABs at the end of the order process for customers that want to run a TAB for additional purchases.
