The following is a setup example of Vouchers for the issuing of multiple Vouchers from a single sale.
The Scenario
When a Customer/Member purchases a Product (or specific value of Products) and receives two Vouchers as a result of the Purchase. One is a Club Wide Voucher which is triggered on the first purchase by the Customer/Member entitling them to a free coffee. The second Voucher is a Promotional Voucher and is only triggered within a specific time period (for example, Happy Hour), and entitles them to a free schooner of beer.
The Setup Required
- Ensure a Voucher printer has been setup at the Reception device for the issuing of the Birthday Voucher.
- Ensure a Barcode scanner has been setup in Touch to enable the scanning of the Barcode on redemption of the Birthday Voucher.
- Setup the Club Wide Free Coffee Voucher:

- Setup the Promotional Voucher:

- Ensure the Voucher are in the correct order. That is all Vouchers with the Don't Consume Item option selected must appear before the Voucher with the Don't Consume Item option not selected, in the Voucher Parameters grid.

- Send a full update to Touch.
Operation
In Touch:
- Sell Products in the Happy Hour Family for a value of more than $10.00 within the period of 15:00 to 15:59. Finalise the sale.
- Both Vouchers should be be issued.
- Sell Products in the Happy Hour Family for a value of more than $10.00 outside of the period of 15:00 to 15:59. Finalise the sale.
- Only the the Free Coffee Voucher should be issued.
- Sell Products that are not in the Happy Hour Family for a value of more than $10.00. Finalise the sale.
- Only the the Free Coffee Voucher should be issued.
- Sell Products not in the Happy Hour Family for a value of more than $10.00 and 1 Product in the Happy Hour Family with a value of less than $10.00, within the period of 15:00 to 15:59. Finalise the sale.
- Both Vouchers should be be issued.
