Description

 

This menu item is designed for small Businesses/Sites offering a simple Roster system.

 


Staff Rosters

 

 

This screen is accessed from here.

 

Grid

 

  • Name - Displays the Role Number.
  • From/To Date - Displays the From/To Date and Time of the Roster created.

 

Footer

 

  • New - Select to add a Roster. Roster are created in weekly intervals.
  • Full Edit  - Select to edit the selected row.
  • Delete - Select to delete the selected row.
  • Close - Select to exit.

 


Roster Edit

 

 

The Roster Edit screen enables the quick creation/editing of Clerk/Staff Rosters.

 

This is done by dragging a Clerk/Staff Member from the LHS of the screen onto one of the workdays displayed on the RHS. Then double click the Clerk/Staff Member shift created to open the Edit Shift screen below, and edit the shift. Repeat until all shifts have been allocated and edited.

 

Grid Header

 

  • Hide Inactive - Select to hide all Inactive Clerks/Staff Members from being listed in the panel on the left hand side of the screen.
  • Edit Times - Select to open the Shift Times screen below to create/edit shift times that can then be dragged onto individual Clerks/Staff Members to change their shift times.

 

Footer

 

  • Save - Select to save changes.
  • Undo - Select to undo changes made.
  • Preview - Select to generate the Clerk Roster report.
  • Previous/Next - Select navigate to the previous/next Roster.
  • Close - Select to exit.

 


Edit Shift

 

 

The Edit Shift screen enables the setting of Start/Finish times of the shift for the selected Clerk/Staff Member as well as other settings.

 

Footer

 

  • OK - Select to save any changes and exit.
  • Cancel - Select to exit without saving.

 


Shift Times

 

 

The Shift Times screen enables the quick creation/editing of Shift Times.

 

This is done by dragging a Clerk/Staff Member from the LHS of the screen onto one of the workdays displayed on the RHS. Then double click the Clerk/Staff Member shift created to open the Edit Shift screen below, and edit the shift. Repeat until all shifts have been allocated and edited.

 

Grid

 

  • Start Time - Displays/Enter the Start Time of a Shift.
  • End Time - Displays/Enter the End Time of a Shift.

 

Footer

 

  • Add - Select to add a Shift to the grid.
  • Delete - Select to remove the selected Shift from the grid.
  • OK - Select to save any changes and exit.
  • Cancel - Select to exit without saving.
