The following is a setup example of a Mix n Match - Buy X and Get X Offer rule and a Voucher for a 1 month promotional offer to members only.
The Scenario
When Members Top Up their account they receive a bonus. For example:
- Top Up Account with $130 and receive a $20 bonus. That is, the Account is topped up with $150.
The Setup Required
- In SwiftPOS Back Office > Administration > Price Levels & Media Setup > Medias, Select an Media currently not being used and give it an appropriate name.

- Add a Finalise (Tender) POS Keys to the appropriate Layout using the Keyboard Designer and ensure it is linked to the Media selected in step 1 above. That is, in the above example, Media 20.
- Send a Full Update to the SwiftPOS Touch Terminals.
Operation
- At the SwiftPOS Touch Terminal, add a Customer/Member to the sales grid.
- Select the Account Payment POS Key to open the Live Payments screen.
- Select the keyboard icon opposite the Charge Account and enter the full amount (including the Bonus) using the numeric keypad. For example, enter $150.
- Select Ok in the Live Payments screen.
- Enter $130.00 and finalise using the appropriate media POS Key (ie. Cash or EFTPOS).
- There should be $20.00 still outstanding.
- Select the A/C Top Up Bonus POS Key (added in step 2 of the Setup above).
- This should finalise the transaction.
- The Customer/Member's Account should now be Topped Up with an amount of $150, of which $20.00 is recorded against the A/C Top Up Bonus Media (# 20).
