Description

 

This screen provides a quick review of Inventory, Pricing, Sales History, Promotion and Order Analysis information related to the selected Product. The information displayed can be filtered by Location Group (Venue) and/or Location.

 


Product Analysis

 

 

This screen is accessed from here and provides a quick review of Inventory, Pricing and Sales History information related to the selected Product.

 


History

 

 

This screen is accessed from here and displays the transaction history for the selected Product. Transaction History includes Sales, Purchases, Stocktakes, Stock Movements, etc.

 

Note : To view history information, history data will first need to be generated via either Quick Reports or End Of Day service.

 

Search Options

 

  • Date Range - Select from the drop down list of Periods within which transactions are to be returned. Default is <<ALL>.
  • From/To Date - Select/Enter the From/To dates to select the date range within which Product transactions must be returned.
  • Date Type - Select the Date Type the above date filters are to be applied to. The options are :

    • Posting Date
    • Transaction Date


  • Location Groups - Select to restrict the transactions returned to a particular Location Group (Venue). Default is <<ALL>.
  • Location - Select to restrict the transactions returned to a particular Location. Default is <<ALL>.
  • TOP # Filter - Select to restrict the number of transactions returned to the number entered here. The default number displayed here is set in the Local Configuration screen.
  • Consolidate - Toggle select from the following options to consolidate transactions displayed in the grid:
  • Hide Trading Dates - Select to hide.
    • Hide Location Groups - Select to hide.
    • Hide Locations - Select to hide.

 

  • Show Recipe Items/Parents - Select to show Recipe Items/Parents. consolidate transactions displayed in the grid by excluding a breakdown by Sourced From items.


  • Apply - Select to apply the filters and return the transactions applicable to the filters specified.
  • Reset - Select to reset the filters to their default values and clear the transactions from the grid.

 

Grid

 

  • Location Group - Displays the Location Group (Venue) associated with the transaction.
  • Location - Displays the Location associated with the transaction.
  • Entry Type - Displays the type of transaction, for example : Sales, Stored Value Chg, etc.
  • Trading Date - Displays the date associated with the transaction.
  • Product Code - Displays the Sourced From Product code. This is only displayed when the Consolidate to Parent is selected, as it is only relevant with Reciped Items.
  • Description - Displays the Product's Description.
  • Quantity - Displays the quantity associated with the transaction.
  • New SOH - Displays the calculated New SOH value associated with each Transaction. Note : A running total with regards to the SOH value can be viewed by generating the Movements Audit (INV002) report with the <<ALL> Exclude Sales Movement Type option selected.
  • Cost - Displays the cost value associated with the transaction.
  • Sales - Displays the sales value associated with the transaction.
  • Tax - Displays the tax value associated with the transaction.

Cost Price Audit

Displays the logging data of Cost Price changes for the selected Product. Note : For Logging data to be displayed here, the Log Data Changes option must be selected.

 

Search Filters

 

  • The filters at the top of the screen can be used to limit the number of rows displayed in the grid. The filters include the following types:


 

 

Grid

 

  • The grid displays the: Location Group, Location, Changed Via, Product Code, Description, Changed, Prev Cost Price, New Cost Price and Clerk. Note : Rows displayed in the grid can be sorted by toggle selecting the column headings.

 

Footer

 

  • Close - Select to exit.
