Description
The Web Dashboard tab provides the ability to view/edit dashboards via the Web. Dashboards offer real time reporting in the form of aesthetic gadgets (Chart Types). Click here to view the appearance of the different types of Chart Types. SwiftPOS Web Dashboard requires the licenced SwiftPOS Web Reports module to operate.
If required individualised Dashboards can be created for specific Clerks/Staff Members.
Setup
- At the SwiftPOS Touch terminal, configure the Dashboard settings here.
- Log into Web Reports via your browser.
- the Dashboard tab will appear as one of the tabs that can be selected at the top left of the Web Reports screen.
- Select the Dashboard tab. The first time selected, or when no Gadgets are configured, the following will be displayed:
- To get started, simply select the drop down arrow to the right of the Dashboard tab and select Edit Dashboard.
- The following screen will be displayed, listing the currently configured Dashboard Gadgets and their basic properties.
- Use the above screen to add/edit or delete Gadgets. Selecting either add/edit will display Edit Gadget screen.
- Also the Gadgets can be moved up/down in the list. This will affect how they appear when View Dashboard is selected.
- Custom Gadgets can be added in SwiftPOS Back Office as well if you require other types of gadget data.
