Terminal Activity

 

Description

 

The Web Terminal Activity tab provides the ability to monitor sales from any / all SwiftPOS Touch terminals as the sales are processed in SwiftPOS Back Office in real time.

 

This document provides screenshot examples of Web Terminal Activity.  Web Terminal Activity is available as part of the SwiftPOS Web Reports module.

 

Pre-Requisites

 

  1. Ensure the Enable Sales Monitoring option is selected.
  2. Ensure the Deployment URL configured in the SwiftPOS Back Office is correct and works.

 

Terminal Activity

 

 

This screen is accessed by entering the Web Server IP address, followed by WebApps/Reports in your browser. Login as a Clerk and select the Terminal Activity Tab. Sales activity data will only be displayed once the sales data has been processed in the SwiftPOS Back Office. Note : If no sales activity are being displayed, ensure the pre-requisites above have been met.

 

Header

 

  • Terminal - Select the Terminals to display. Default is All.
  • Connect - Connect to the selected Terminal(s).
  • Scroll to Bottom - Scroll to the bottom of the page.

 

Body

 

  • Displays the connection information and the receipt details from the selected terminal.
