Touch > Customer Campaign Lookup (#118) POS Key

Description

Used to view the Campaigns currently in progress, that are associated with the Member in the sale.

To Be Considered

1. Note : Accounts, Customers, Members and Loyalty Customers are often referred to in the documentation when discussing topics relating to Customers/Patrons of a site. 
2. If required, restricting access to this POS Key can be managed by Clerk Security.

Pre-Requisites

1. Ensure the Function Customer Campaign Lookup POS Key is added to the appropriate Layout using the Keyboard Designer.

Operation

1. At the SwiftPOS Touch terminal, ensure a Customer/Member is added to a sale.
2. Select the Customer Campaign Lookup POS Key.
3. The Member Campaigns screen is displayed.
    

4. It provides a quick and easy way to see the remaining counts for each of the Campaigns listed.
5. By selecting one of the Campaigns listed, a Product selection screen will be displayed listing all the Products in the Family associated with the selected Campaign.
6. Selecting one of the Products listed, will add it to the sale.
