Description
Call Names/Numbers/Tables can be added to a Menu Board to display the orders that are ready.
Configuring the Display of Call Names/Numbers/Tables
Orders to be called can be displayed by adding Call Items to a Menu Board and then using the Call Items Details button to configure the display of Call Names/Numbers/Tables.
Example of the display (on a Menu Board) of Call Names for orders that are ready.
Displaying Call Names/Numbers/Tables
Call Names/Numbers/Tables can be displayed from the SwiftPOS Touch terminals by making use of the Function Call Order (#16) POS Key, OR it can be driven from the Kitchen Video System by configuring the settings here.
When an order (Meal, Beverage, etc) is ready, instead of calling out the order Name/Number verbally, the Call Order (#16) POS Key can be selected instead. It allows the entry of a Name/Number, which will then appear on those Menu Boards that have Call Items configured.
