Description
This menu item is used to configure the printer settings for the Voucher Printer. The Voucher Printer is used to print Vouchers. Vouchers are normally printed on the Receipt Printer, after the Receipt prints.
To Be Considered
- Sites with more than one SwiftPOS Touch terminal should configure their printers in the SwiftPOS Back Office here.
Pre-Requisites
- If no Voucher Printer exists in the list of Peripherals, then it will need to be added.
- The printer needs to be a USB or Ethernet printer, as they require graphical printing.
Voucher Printer Settings
This screen is accessed from here.
- Print Device - Select the appropriate printer at which Vouchers will be printed.
- Backup Printer - Select to make use of the Backup Printer feature. For more information ...
- Printers - Select to open the Printer Devices screen to configure Printer Device Settings for the selected Printer.
- Printer Number - Displays/Set the Printer Number that will be used as the Alternate Voucher Printer. Note : This is used in conjunction with the Use Alternate Printer option.
- Save - Select to save any changes and exit.
- Cancel - Select to exit without saving.
