Reception/Kiosk and Access Control Features

Reception Terminal

The Reception Terminal is a multi-purpose application that can run in the system tray of a PC or run as a standard windows application to display access information as Customers swipe their cards on entry.

Reception Screen Mode

In this mode a Windows application will show the scan history each time a Member swipes their card and based on the Campaigns that are available the Member will be allowed access to the Business/Venue. This has the ability to limit access based on the Campaigns that have been set up in SwiftPOS Back Office.
In this mode you can run an access system that allows for a Free Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner for University Students.
Other options include door access for Clubs as a Reception Terminal with integrated printing of Vouchers and other features used by Clubs to greet their Members.
This software requires a SwiftPOS Touch terminal licence and only connects to SwiftPOS Back Office for operation.

System Tray Mode

In this mode, it allows the PC to be used for day to day Windows applications and if a user swipes their card then a pop up window from the system tray will display the Members details and photo to allow access to the Business/Venue. This is used for remote Sites/Venues to allow access to a Golf Club, Cinemas or Coffee Shops where the main Member database resides at the Central Club. Transaction history is recorded for all Members against the Member database in the Central Club.
In addition to the photo being displayed you can also show the Member Number, Member Name, Member Classification, Address or Current Points.#

Kiosk Mode

The Member Entry Kiosk can be used for rewarding members every time they visit your establishment. When a member swipes their card at the entry kiosk their name and current number of points will appear on the screen. It is possible to reward members in a number of ways using the member entry kiosk. The rewards include giving the member points every time they enter the Business/Venue placing them in a random draw that is drawn instantly upon arrival. The entry kiosk can also be configured to display a separate welcome message if it's the member's birthday. Screen colours and sound effects can also be customised to integrate with the look and feel of your Business/Venue.
