  • 16240 - Added the option to configure Country of Origin or Nutrition information against a Product, that can now be added as an additional Product Label.  

 

10.10-1 Refresh Release - [118] - (3rd March 2021)

With Version 10 we have introduced a NEW LOOK to the Back Office. This entailed the removal of all gradients and icons that made the software look dated. (The key word here is look). A simplified, clean, and flat workflow has been introduced to give customers a better experience navigating SwiftPOS Back Office. We have introduced a standard blue, white and grey colour scheme. This colour scheme will slowly be introduced further into the Back Office in future releases of V10. This colour scheme was chosen as it is calming, trustworthy and does not distract from the functionality. It now frames the screens and tabs opened in Back Office. The blue is the same as can be found in the SwiftPOS Web site and Brochures. We tried the SwiftPOS red but it just did not cut it. All Sub Menus are still in the same order and can be located in exactly the same place as before. We understand that it may take a little time to get used to. We have not removed any functionality from the Main Menu.

 

Some Items in the top Task Bar have been moved to the Tools menu.

The Help menu now also includes the About option.

The following top Task Bar buttons have been removed/replaced :

 

  • Exit Software button has been moved into the Windows X button.
  • News button has been removed.

 

Note : The previously known 3rd Party Member Interface for SOAP APIs is now known as 3rd Party Member Interface (Legacy) and RESTful APIs is now 3rd Party Member interface.
